Once a year the entire biking community of Oxfordshire and surrounding areas descend on the quiet town of Cassington, and completely take over. It was my daughter Kairi’s first trip to Cassington, and as we rode through the village she was waving to the people on the street, and then as we turned into the car park I heard her say ‘Oh!’

At least 4000 bikes in the field – she’s out with me on the bike a fair bit but only to bike cafes and small meets, she’s never been to anything that size before.

We didn’t stay long, dropped out gear at the community hall, looked around the bikes a bit, then into the village for a beer and ice cream and then headed off. Would have been better if we had gone with a few other bikes but we missed the BBLT guys riding in so we were on our own. I’d have taken more pics if I had known I’d be writing this blog entry back then!
Ducati held up, nothing fell off which makes a nice change, but has since developed a few issues since so some Youtube channel content fixing it will be along soon.
