I’m currently in the middle of a massive misdirection.
It’s finally coming to the channel, my first big long term project. I bought the Rascal before buying the unit, and the donor bike has been mine for a few years now. With the first video recorded and posted to go live in a couple of days it’s really exciting to finally start this…
…only that it’s all actually a massive lie.
All of the advertising I’m sending out to promote this video is suggesting that I’m taking apart my Ducati to fit the engine to the Rascal, and – you heard it here first – this isnt true at all. Only the people who have visited my shed know the truth, and now as one of the 3 people that read this blog or knows that this website exists, you’ll get to know the truth early too.
The Ducati was never the donor. Most people who are doing Kei van engine swaps go for motorbike engines and they are awesome for it, but there is absolutely no way I’m taking apart my dream bike for this project. The donor vehicle for this is something very, very different.
